Pros
- Broadvoice Bhive / Cloud PBX is a great, easy to use UC software application. It's easy for the customer and it's easy for the administrator and/or I.T. person to navigate through and use.
- Customer service is great. I always speak with friendly and helpful people every time we need help, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is always prompt with us.
Cons
- We would not receive a response until 7:30p our time and, despite specific instructions to contact my cell, they would call the office and leave a message.
- I least like their customer service. The customer service reps usually have no idea how to fix the product and most times are downright rude.
Pros
- The software is quite affordable and using it is pretty easyI like that it comes with tons of collaboration features and makes remote support easy.
- More to just being easy to use, Join. Me does outstandingly in offering strong security to ensure that the confidential conversations and documents shared during meetings are kept safe.
Cons
- I slightly dislike that Join. Me host few participants in a single meeting compared to alternatives such as Zoom.
- Join.me virtual meetings accommodates a limited number of attendees soo Incase you want a scaled events for lots of people I would advice you try Goto Webinar.
