  • Pros

  • I would highly recommend Fluentstream for your internet telephone needs.
  • It may not be as flashy as Vonage, RingCentral or 8x8, but it's a great cost, and the customer support team has been AMAZING for both selection, implementation and ongoing use.
  • Cons

  • In April of 2017 my wife was diagnosed with cancer. We also had to close a second office.
  • It is very difficult for callers to leave a message, thus many of the parents do not. It is not easy to change the voicemail message.

  • Ease of use (maybe it was because of really good hands-on training in the beginning at our office). Good customer service (you cannot find everything in web manuals).
  • Very well structured features, a very quick, clear and user-friendly approach, reporting tool excellent and impeccable real-time follow-up.
  • Cons

  • Lyyti has got type of participants which where bit problematic in integration.
  • Invoicing us went wrong in the beginning. At some stage Google Analytics seemed hard to install (cc did not wan to install the code, but we finally got it done by ourselves).
