I love the software, I love what you have done with it since we first started. Overall I am pleased with the service.

The tool is pretty cool and has several great features...web integration is easy, the mobile app is a plus, getting the voicemail delivered to your email is really cool too.

We are now collaborating across Departments and the company. We have achieved much greater levels of communication across the business.

I like the function to share your screen when having a meeting, I use it all the time when talking with colleagues across other offices.

Fuze integrates well across different devices. Meetings are easy to setup via the app or Outlook.

We have also solved a major problem with on premise PBX systems that were failing.

The hardware for Fuze (formerly thinkingphones), is fantastic. The use of side cars for more lines for users to navigate to, as well as displaying if someone is on a call, is great.

We needed to move to a system that offered features, scale, good price and support and where we would have business continuity. It offers flexible working and a more agile and mobile workforce.

I think currently I love how easy it is to take a call from anywhere.

I make calls most days all days and its a seamless integration and platform to call/conference and gain insight.

The back end is incredibly confusing (ThinkingPhones or Fuze? They merged and didn't do it well), and their customer support is by far the worst I've experienced.

ATA devices notoriously have a lot of problems and outages compared to phones.

Call quality can be hit and miss. App does have glitches at times on outlook, updates can crash the application where it needs to be uninstalled/cleaned before it is installed again.

The IM system within Fuze has always been great. Even in a prepandemic world it was great for ease of use around the office and easily staying in touch with other team members.

In the pandemic Telehealth landscape, its ease of use and great interface has really stuck out and shined.

Great to use, I like the fact that the Fuze extension recognizes phone numbers and I can just click them to call.

Not a very good experience. They need to figure out how to prevent outages and lagging.

Service would be down or slow frequently. When you're about to go live with 90+ people waiting for your webinar, this is a problem.

I love the scaleability and flexibility. The collaboration we are able to achieve across the company now is amazing.

An overall very good tool that I still use daily and enjoy better than a regular phone for having many calls daily. Definitely worth trying if you are considering different phone options.

Great Customer Service for set up of new phones. Account Managers are usually very attentive to your individual needs.

The online faxing is not integrated into the phone system and has a 1980s interface. The Android app has it's own problems.

We researched many companies and Nextiva was by far the best one out there. They were competitive in pricing and the best in customer service.

Their phones did come preset up and the onboarding process was very streamlined. When I did need technical support, they were quick to resolve the issues.

The dashboard was user friendly and easy to use.

I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work. We were running in circles  with the problems.

I like that I can download nextiva onto my phone and that it has an easy to use app on my computer. I can easily see on my computer voicemails, who is calling me, who I want to call out to, etc.

The process became confusing, not knowing if we are talking with nextiva or another company. Nextiva refused to cancel our service and continued charging our credit card.

We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad. The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market.

After 2 weeks, they couldn't get it right. I wasted money re-ordering business cards and had to re-order after I went with another service that got it done in 10 minutes.

Integration was straightforward and fast. Customer service is always helpful and easy to work with.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did and get trapped by Nextiva.

I love this product and it helped save our business during the Covid-19 lockdowns.

YEAR 1: consistently terrible call quality and tech support.

Navigation of admin website was clunky, with user website even worse.

One of the problems we initially had to overcome, is that we tend to work quite collaboratively when we are all in the office, and sit in a room with something on a screen.

The software easily allows to integrate with ship based phones.

Needs to integrate with gmail - this is delayed and needs to happen.

If your company wants friendly and knowledgeable account support, Nextiva is a good choice.

Ease of integration, ease of use, I control messages incoming and outgoing. Support is amazing, anytime day or night.

My favorite thing about Nextiva is its exemplary customer service.

Beyond customers lost and team hours wasted, even calling Nextiva’s tech support was made more difficult since anyone calling tech support was required by Nextiva to be an account admin.

My overall experience with Nextiva was a pleasant one. It taught me what my needs are, and should they improve in the future, I would be more than happy to revisit them as a business solution.

They clearly care about your experience with their software and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns and they generally respond fairly quick.

The apps on my phone and computer are pretty sleek. I also like that I can take a call from my office and then use nextiva and switch it to my cell phone.

They are functional, but not friendly. In the best cases, the apps require more steps to do things than should be necessary.

I love the integration aspect that you can have the app on desktop and on your phone. Additionally, as a current work from home employee the faxing feature has been a life saver.

Phone service was reliable and call quality was good.

The service is great, I have never had difficulty with my calls. The customer service is excellent, staff is patient, friendly, and eager to help.

The way they build and design tools is perfect for our business with most users not being highly technical.

Interface is okay, there are better products our there for less money and a better interface.

Sometimes from the softphone app random phone numbers cause the app to crash randomly. No one at Nextiva can explain why.

There is also a good app that I'm able to use on my desktop to make calls there. It's also nice that voicemails are emailed as well as pinged on my phone.

I love the ease of use and the ability to have crystal clear calls. It makes the experience that much bettter.

The easy access to Nextiva support and account managers is its best feature. If there are ever any issues, their support staff can be reached by messaging or phone call quickly.

Their products are a la carte with modules for everything so finding the right product mix can be tricky as well. The lack of integration with our other systems is also an issue for us.

Price is way cheaper than RingCentral and 8x8. Best setup process in town and includes Amazon Chime and free Fax.

They had good value, money back guarantee and a trial period.

The voice service, once configured properly, generally worked fine.

The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.

Ease of use to add and manage users in multiple cities and states remotely.

They customize your package entirely, schedule calls to go over the system, and have pretty good support. The price is great and so far, we've been enjoying using the new phones.
