OnSIP has the best customer service hands down. No matter what your issue is, from initial set up to random questions years later, they are always super helpful and find the answer for you.

The mobile application is great. I also like that I do not need to use the receiver when talking, the call comes over your computer speakers.

There are a few features that we need - telemarketing blocking or global blocking; international calling allowed but to only specific countries.

With a hosted pbx if you lose internet, you are down. Vs separate phone system with actual lines would stay up.

Everytime I have needed customer service I have had an excellent experience and they have taken care of each issue with great care and speed getting me back online and going again quickly.

The voip service is great. Adding new users, features, equipment, etc is super easy.

So glad I found this program. This is a simple, no-frills way to perform a very important and useful task around communication, client management, and texting.

SendHub makes SMS integration easy and straightforward. The system has an easy to understand API interface that is well documented.

Unclear how messages segmented, and it was hard to track even when I downloaded the direct CSV information.

We have no way of knowing and always assume they've gone out and then learn later that they didn't go out or were extremely delayed.

The user-interface is fantastic. Everything is very intuitive and laid out in a way that's easy to understand.

Easy to set up and has cut my infrastructure cost by 50% or more. Plus, I can monitor communication logs, which gives me a lot visibility and the ability to optimize team member performance.
