Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Able to disseminate important information to specific groups quickly. Also able to track messages sent.
  • The software is fairly easy to use but their customer support is excellent and very quick to respond.
  • Cons

  • I really haven’t had any issues with the software itself. My only problems have been lack of knowledge of sending SMS on my end, but we are learning.
  • The only downside so far has been that Sendhub doesn't yet integrate with our CRM so we miss out on some of those efficiencies.

  • OnSIP has the best customer service hands down. No matter what your issue is, from initial set up to random questions years later, they are always super helpful and find the answer for you.
  • Everytime I have needed customer service I have had an excellent experience and they have taken care of each issue with great care and speed getting me back online and going again quickly.
  • Cons

  • There are a few features that we need - telemarketing blocking or global blocking; international calling allowed but to only specific countries.
  • With a hosted pbx if you lose internet, you are down. Vs separate phone system with actual lines would stay up.
