We were looking for a way to offer overtime opportunities on a fair and equitable basis and then be allowed to preserve and track who received what and when.

Able to disseminate important information to specific groups quickly. Also able to track messages sent.

The software is fairly easy to use but their customer support is excellent and very quick to respond.

I really haven’t had any issues with the software itself. My only problems have been lack of knowledge of sending SMS on my end, but we are learning.

The only downside so far has been that Sendhub doesn't yet integrate with our CRM so we miss out on some of those efficiencies.

Horrible time, choose another texting app to save your money and sanity.

So glad I found this program. This is a simple, no-frills way to perform a very important and useful task around communication, client management, and texting.

SendHub makes SMS integration easy and straightforward. The system has an easy to understand API interface that is well documented.

Unclear how messages segmented, and it was hard to track even when I downloaded the direct CSV information.

We have no way of knowing and always assume they've gone out and then learn later that they didn't go out or were extremely delayed.

The user-interface is fantastic. Everything is very intuitive and laid out in a way that's easy to understand.

The interface is pretty basic and not very attractive. It can be confusing due to the lack of visual differentiation or a central hub/dashboard for management.

When I have asked questions or made mistakes, both customer support and the salesperson who helped me will respond with answers.

We can now text our customers directly from our CRM and track their responses. We can also capture our sales reps use of the system and make sure that they're putting it to best use.

OnSIP has the best customer service hands down. No matter what your issue is, from initial set up to random questions years later, they are always super helpful and find the answer for you.

The mobile application is great. I also like that I do not need to use the receiver when talking, the call comes over your computer speakers.

There are a few features that we need - telemarketing blocking or global blocking; international calling allowed but to only specific countries.

With a hosted pbx if you lose internet, you are down. Vs separate phone system with actual lines would stay up.

Everytime I have needed customer service I have had an excellent experience and they have taken care of each issue with great care and speed getting me back online and going again quickly.
