What makes this product appealing is its simplicity, and ability to bring together all the disparate ticketing queues into a single product, while still maintaining separation of those queues.

If you are looking for something beyond an tool for running operationally, this may struggle.

I love the reports and the easy of use. Active Directory integration has made it do dimple for our users to enter tickets.

Since this system has no been implemented quite yet, I do not have a comment about what to imporive  in regards to my role.

FMX appeared to be easy to use and it provided a lot of flexibility with being able to customize fields in any part of the system. Not to mention that all the modules are included in one price.

We recently added the ability to manage our vehicles and equipment which is very nice.

I have very little negatives to say about this product. The only downside was implementation.

The web based program is good and user friendly.

Proteus MMX is a strong CMMS solution with all required functions to help in managing facilities from the small to enterprise wide.

The information allowed in the inventory module, information searches in the inventory module, ease of creating requisitions.

We only use this software for preventative maintenance schedules and nothing else. We really have no need at this time to use it for more so I can only review on that small area of the software.

I am very happy or satisfied on how simple life is with this product, it is a product that moves companies forward into the future.

We started with the Assets and the PM program. I am a little more interested in the stockroom and inventory control.

You must be willing to enforce the standards, be committed to the process and continue to search for additional functionality.

It was a good experience. The Eagle Tech team was very responsive and helpful during implementation.

There seem to be to many screens that need to be completed before a WO or PM can be completed and closed. Very frustrating if you leave a page without saving and upon return the info has vanished.

Intuitive and the latest version has a significantly improved process flow and UI/UX. Can be integrated with nearly anything.

When selecting a completion date the dates are all missing (may be a problem with dark theme on device as well).

We have been able to document all our assets on the program.
