Pros
- Thanks to this software it is easier for me to understand the topographic work because it gives me an overview of the land on which my team and I have to do the work.
- The application is easy to use, street view makes my research very easy.
Cons
- More so, there is no option for me to remove existing structures and the surrounding area, which can occasionally conflict, when I place the possible development on the site.
- There's also no obvious button to download all the places you need beforehand and you need to zoom in on each of them to get your data.
Pros
- Easy to use, track work orders, and depreciation. Helps keep our facilities up and running while allowing us to make informed smart decisions.
- User friendly for those opening work orders and those receiving the work order - no major learning curve necessary. Excellent customer service and support.
Cons
- Sometimes we have to leave a task as pending as we have parts on order or other, but they have no way of being notified that we've been there, temporarily fixed it and ordered parts.
- I hade a hard time figuring out the reporting aspect of the software.
