Real time data and ease of communicating within our users is one of my favorite feature. I wish they had an AP to match the website.

Overall I am very happy with the system and software. The ease of use and the amount of data available is probably the best part of the system.

It will require active management by your organization as long as you have the system, but it is well worth the investment of resources.

Fluid Accounting Processes:  Invoices flow from SC into our Accounting software (with integration) after approval from the field. SC has helped keep our accounting department lean and mean.

The system allows for a cradle to grave process for work orders, from the generation of the  request, through completion, invoicing and payment.

This is absolutely not intuitive at all. Requiring mandatory training of vendors without paying for their time is illegal.

It is a very good management tool. It also provides live demo.

ServiceChannel has been a great software for us to use. Its easy to navigate through the site, to check in/out, and to invoice.

The main thing I like about Service Channel is that it lets me see how my internal team is functioning in their maintenance rolls. I like the ability to assign work to internal or external providers.

The product is user friendly for the end user and allows the owner to easily create and adjust as needed.

Ability to track work order history, and labor. Year end reports are helpful for figuring budgets for each division.
