A very robust product!

It allows me to make my products work better than if they would on their own. They help me look great for my customers.

PROS

It has many tools at its disposal and can easily integrate with most services! There is a lot that it has to offer for managing and routing calls and data collection.

CONS

There have been times that it has dropped calls that should be waiting in the Q-4-Me system, but they have made many improvements regarding this.
