I also love the local-presence. The voicemail drop is fantastic, and the templated texts are so effective.

Integration with zoho crm. Customer support before you decide to leave is good.

I LIKED ALL THE FEATURES THEY PROMISED  AS AN ALL IN ONE SOLUTION.

It will just not dial from time to time, and will not log calls in Hubspot at all or on the wrong account.

I like that you can store multiple messages within the system. It helps to save me a lot of time.

Great Phone Solutions to integrate with Pipedrive CRM.

There are daily software updates, which can be irritating, when I am trying to hit my outbound voicemail drop, there are updates when I need to refresh all of my systems.

The call quality is horrible. The iphone app keeps crashing and is sometimes useless.

The platform itself feel incomplete, compared to the market. Lacking critical features and reporting function.

The text feature is also wonderful and effective with reaching customers and receiving Google Review feedback from them.

We've been very glad to have this service. It's amazing how much it speeds up the process of reaching out to customers.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking to automation/integrate their sales process using Pipedrive, and hope this review helps others in making their choice for phone solutions.

With outreach we can see what sequences are performing the best, which email templates get the highest response, and even when the best time to send emails are.

I have found though, that most of the time it is user error, but sometimes errors are not clear.

They have fantastic customer service and a great knowledge base, I believe its called Outreach University for their customers. It is pretty intuitive to use at least at a baseline level.

They will randomly send invoices with literally no explanation. After responding to their team it will take often days to get a response on the invoices.

There are some small things that I don't like with Outreach. Things get stuck in failed & pending states and you are not notified.

I love how easy to use it is. The UI is extremely simple, only took me a few minutes or so do figure out how to make calls, set sequences, etc.

Tasks are fantastic, good integration out of the box to SFDC, and the ability to customize layouts is superb.

Outreach has been fantastic but adoption has been the biggest issue we faced. If adoption is done well it will absolutely lead to better conversions of leads and revenue.

Outreach provides fully customizable profiles and roles, and I love that it allows managers to lead their teams to success.

And by sometimes I mean a few times a week. They are quick to let you know when there is a problem, but there are a lot of problems.
