  • Pros

  • Ease of use and connection to Contacts. The simplicity of setup and a fantastic support team.
  • I also love the local-presence. The voicemail drop is fantastic, and the templated texts are so effective.
  • Cons

  • The limited minutes plan is reasonably priced but only allows for 300 minutes a month, which is not a lot if you are making calls every day.
  • It will just not dial from time to time, and will not log calls in Hubspot at all or on the wrong account.

  • With outreach we can see what sequences are performing the best, which email templates get the highest response, and even when the best time to send emails are.
  • Outreach is a fantastic tool that enables me and my colleagues to be much more productive in our sales outreach.
  • Cons

  • I have found though, that most of the time it is user error, but sometimes errors are not clear.
  • It’s hard to pinpoint something that is bad about the software. There have been minor outages which will last like half an hour but that’s literally it.
