  • User Friendly, Easy to use with great features. Would definitely recommend companies searching for call center software to use PIMS products.
  • Cons

  • The included instructions can be a bit vague but the guys at PIMS are always able to explain everything we don't understand.

  • Plenty of different styles that help to customize experience. Possibility to add images into questions and options.
  • Great for new hire training as well as existing employees scripting. Zingtree has added many new features and functionality upgrades over the past year that have made wonderful improvements.
  • Cons

  • Zingtree can sometimes be a pain to build up but could just be user error.
  • I'm probably using it wrong, but it's all wonky. I just don't have the time to figure it out.
