Pronexus VBVoice SDK - A Must For IVR Functionality
We have been able to provide good quality software products for the telephony markets we sell into... Unified Communications has been are key market and oldest vertical market... Nice to have a company around that has more years in business then yours... We are into our 20th year now...
PROSThe number of deployments that can be done easily with the SDK is amazing... We are able to provide applications to our customers that are better and more stable than the shareware software running out there... Support for the telephony and the application development side has always been there for us...
CONSIn the past the constant new versions caused us to continually have to update sites in the field... While this might be an easy task for a company that has one or two applications deployed... Becomes much more difficult when you have 100's of sites to update and maintain... Fortunately it looks like that is slowing down with Version 10...

VBVOICE & Scribe
The support of the Pronexus Team and their willingness to help us meet the changing needs of ours has been great. They have taken our suggestions and incorporated into the product. The product is easy to use and flexible to create new solutions for our customers.
CONSThe reset of the licensing when moving virtual servers can sometimes be a problem, but the team is responsive to requests to do this.

Simple Telephony in .NET
We have been in the telecom software business for 30 years. We have implemented VBVoice since back in the VB6 days and continue with our .NET development team. We have deployed hundreds of custom and reusable IVR, outcall, or even voicemail applications over the years with great success.
PROSEasy to implement with a fairly robust feature set. .NET integration allowed us to get extremely complicated call flows implemented quickly and enjoy all the other .NET benefits.
CONSDeep SIP integration is not yet available.
