Provides comprehensive phone number and SMS/MMS but too much emphasis on FreeSwitch
Price point is very attractive--more than "competitive," it vastly undercuts most competition. It also provides MMS video support that Twilio and many other MMS APIs lack.
CONSEmphasis is on Freeswitch and it is rather finnicky to set up to use with Asterisk/FreePBX

Best Lead Gen Solution for Small Businesses
I liked the pricing structure, and as a small business owner, it's a huge money-saver. You won't get anything more affordable and better than SignalWire if you're in the lead gen industry.
CONSI wish they had an intuitive call-tracking system built into their dashboard.

Hidden charges billing is 1min increments, charges for 2 legs on the same call. Clueless CS
Clueless customer service. after we spend time and money to integrate to our side, suddenly suspended and account without any reason given. Requires personal docs for a company account. Refused to refund any money for unused services. I would stay away from this company. There are many companies that provide better and cheaper services. I've regretted spending all the money to integrate our phone system with them just to have account suspended without any explanation.

CONSThe service doesn't disclose to you that they are very expensive to use if you getting any inbound calls. Charges on 2 legs with 1min increments. your minimum charge per inbound call is around $0.007 even if the call is one second. This is very expensive.
