VoiceGuide IVR by Katalina Technologies offers creation tools for inbound and outbound interactive voice response (IVR). The solution offers on-premise or cloud deployment and an open-source architecture for integration with other communication channels.

VoiceGuide IVR has a graphical call flow designer that helps with call management and allows call center executives to make process changes without requiring any technical assistance. Data acquired via IVR can be exported to various interfaces that ensure complete data collection and maintenance. Other features offered by VoiceGuide IVR include text-to-speech conversion, speech recognition, biometric authentication and multi-language support.

The IVR solution works with Avaya, Cisco and many other telephony providers and systems. It timestamps all the selections made during the call in order to help with detailed call analysis. The solution offers a cloud-based dashboard and voicemail boxes. VoiceGuide IVR has a whole call recording feature that captures the entire interaction between the IVR and caller.

The drag and drop visual call flow makes it the easiest IVR software in the world to use, yet it still gives you 100% flexibility deeper with the software to customize any technical outcome that you could dream up. It's actually the support documentation and "Voiceguide forum" that could be the sweetest part, mainly because that extensive library of examples makes even the finest nuances of customization a relatively quick and painless process to replicate in your own system.
