- Chemdoc is a very user friendly software system which manages all our Safety Data sheets. It provides us with peace of mind knowing that all the documents are up to date at all times.
- The rewards of using both friendly and fit for purpose systems are great; our end users are very happy with both products, reflected in their positive feedback.
Cons
- Chemdoc -There is no version number on the assessment form that can cause confusion.
- We had a problem with operation employees making their updates at the end of their shift and what could have been a 10 user account then became 50 users at one time.
Pros
- What we liked most about this product was the ease of use for employees.
- Best thing is E-forms-you can build any form that you use manually as electronic form with tracking. Best Validation support with TOQ and TPQ.
Cons
- A complete training compliance report is missing. We need to look 2 - 3 canned reports to get consolidated report.
- New users have a difficult time adopting the system. There is a steep learning curve for both users and admins.
