This helps to put income in my pocket. I like that it is streamlining my billing and attendance calculations, before this used to take me about 2 days.

I like that there is constant user updates that make the program easier to use. I also like that tech support replies to inquiries very quickly.

If were to suggest one aspect, it would be to alter the options for employee time-off. There are times we simply need a two hour block for an appointment.

I wish that we could hit the back button when you accidentally hit the wrong tab or need to go back to the previous page.

The Timesavr administrator is very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we may have.

I follow the path that makes the most sense to me , and sometimes I have a hard time finding what I am looking for.

From set up with our rep to using the program daily, it has been a wonderful experience. Worth every penny spent on it.

Timesavr has made it so easy to keep track of client financial transactions, student and staff attendance, and organizing for scheduling as well as licensing and accreditation.

Not being able to upload copies of staff training certificates and degrees so that other documentation is also available on demand.

Incessant and time consuming paperwork and record keeping are dramatically and easily reduced. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant.

Only maximum on one video file per child story. Story editor is terrible when it comes to placement of media (video & picture).
