We have been very pleased with FlockBase and in July, 2015 we started using FlockBase Accounting which interfaces perfectly with FlockBase.

Easy and quick to use, gives you all the information you need for contributions - good customer service.

It's user friendly and the tech support is excellent. It gives us the flexibility of information that we need and the reports are great.

Reports and printing are locked, which can sometimes be frustrating, if you want a different output.

Took over church accounting last year using quicken which was a nightmare. It was not designed for church use and was very confusing to use.

Perhaps best of all, our governing board is thankful that they now receive financial reports that they can easily understand ... for the first time ... ever.

The software is easy to install and super easy to use. The manual is very helpful in setting up everything.

Switched to Flockbase and the difference was amazing. Spent less than one third of time it took for quicken and balancing was very easy and accurate.

FlockBase is very user-friendly and cost-effective. We have never had to use Customer Support, so I can't give an honest rating for that aspect, but we are quite happy with how FlockBase works.

Updates provides great enhancement. Very easy to get started entering data and reports are outstanding.

Fund accounting at a low price, which is perfect for the majority of churches. Customer support is terrific and an easy-to-read user guide is provided.

They are always positive and encouraging while helping solve a problem. They explain what the problem is and teach you how to solve it.

We loved the old version of Flockbase and are extremely disappointed with the new system.

Also, The associate that helped me on the phone started losing his patience with all my questions.

I would say the learning curve for FlockBase is moderate. Customer support is excellent.

We just installed the newest version, FlockBase 2020. I like the way it works.

I was very disappointed and wanted to like FB. But unfortunately have to go through all the trouble & time to continue researching other church management programs.

Original programming was challenging,  update is lacking all the features and has terrible directions. They had to email me the directions,  they weren't even working.

Has trouble working with Touch ID. Not everything is available in the app so it redirects to website.

I spoke with a sales rep several times before switching over and since I've made the change to Tithely I have called customer service 2 or 3 times and always got quick, helpful instructions.

The way the deposits are done in accounting software can be a confusing.

It has a decent range of features for the price and was pretty easy to walk a relatively tech-newbie crowd through using.

It's easy to use and especially helpful in situations where people can't get out and about. In times like this, that's a big help.

Have been using for church for past month, but received no bank deposits. This is in part to incorrect account # at front end, but after being corrected, still no deposits.

I feel as though those doing the development planning have NEVER worked in a church before, because of the amount of core functionality missing.

It has made tracking donations very easy and gives the church the ability to receive money in different ways. It integrates mostly very well with Quickbooks as well.

Tithely has built an amazing suite of tools for the church, at an amazing price: $99/ month.

It just sounded too good to be true. But after researching and talking with their customer service reps I discovered it really is free.

I love that we have a customized app for our church. The push notifications are awesome.

Everything is straightforward. No bells and whistles on this app.

Tithe.ly is a cloud-based funds collection application and online giving solution designed for churches of all sizes. It offers a mobile app that allows church members to donate funds in a variety of ways and provides reports, alerts and donation tracking. Tithe.ly offers products for Church Giving, Apps, Sites, and Events, as well as an all-inclusive church management suite. The platform facilitates digital giving, custom church website building, church app creation, events management and more.

Users can use Tithe.ly to create a custom church app or church website using logos, graphics and brand colors. Mobile giving options include fund transfer using saved cards, automated recurring giving, ACH payments, credit or debit card donations, a text-to-give feature and an option that allows members to cover their transaction fee. Churches can also set up a mobile kiosk to enable visitors to donate funds without setting up an account.
