Excellent Volunteer Scheduling Management System for Active Churches.

The integration process was easy, almost instant. Ministers reacted very positively to the interactivity of the program, appreciating the ease of requesting and sub and filling a position.

This program allows ministers to be responsible for entering their own information and eliminates the problems that a middle man can cause; misreading information, failing to add information etc.

Since the system is highly customizable, we needed consulting help to get to the most efficient setup in place and ongoing help while learning all of the features.

I haven’t found anything yet that i don’t like about this software.

Sometimes ministers get confused by the 'positions assigned' emails and they click on sub req thinking they are confirming their schedule... issue goes away over time.

Ministry Scheduler Pro is a great application to organize and keep our ministries focused. It is easy to use and user friendly.

The setup can be difficult and some of the features are not the most intuitive. The interface is a little clunky.

Can not attach screen shots to a ticket submission. Lack of a remote access ( even for a single session) to enable the helpdesk to see the end user screen.

When the first schedule was published, those who realized that they had conflicts started using the feature to find substitutes and were so impressed with how easy it was.

I can't thing of anything I don't like about the software.

It allows us to schedule volunteer positions for Sunday worship. Our members began using it without too steep of a learning curve.

The ease of learning and using MSP. The customer-service support is excellent.

Every interaction with the Support team was great. Our issues were always solved in a timely manner and they took the time to understand our setup and provide sustainable solutions.

So far everyone has been impressed with the features.

The automatic reminders and the ease of use are critical. MSP offers an integrated solution where you can either auto schedule or use the simple to use phone app.

Their ability to help but also to listen is what I like the most.

The most useful feature is the ability for volunteers to request and accept substitutes, as well as to sign up for open positions, on their own.

I especially want to compliment the support organization. When I first started as an administrator, I had questions on the best way to se up the system.

One example, we had an Administrator (our staff) error on a holiday that required the retrieval of a backup calendar and the VSP Support team got us back up and running quickly and smoothly.

Un-checking the Inactive status allows them to schedule again - quick & easy. It's highly customizable with Custom Fields and screen layout options.

Really has been excellent. I enjoy learning new technology and having such a great staff behind this program makes it all the better.

I dislike it when a schedule does not include all available ministers and I have to rearrange assignments.

The software has many great features which allow me to customize or taylor it  to our particular needs and requirements.

The only negative is that some of the features can sometimes be difficult for some people to understand how to use them.

The formatting of e-mails, especially with images, is limited.

Ability to send and track mass emails. Great for organizing church members.

I can't think of any negative feedback or experiences that we have had while we have been using TouchPoint.

TouchPoint is a very good user-friendly application, very easy to use for beginners as well and very good customer support for a quick response. I was strongly recommended.

The price is right and it's a great program. I know there is much more to the program that we don't use, but for a church of 300 people, we just use what we need.

What I like most about this software is how it's connecting members together to better serve God's people.

It is really wonderful to use once you figure out how to do what you need. The other thing I don't love doing is figuring out how to build a search just the right way.

It is hard for me to think of something I dislike about TouchPoint. Just being nit-picky, I wish there was an option to enter birthdays without a year.

We are disappointed with the functionality for child check in and overall usability. It seems to be old technology with outdated interfaces.

I am disappointed that I cannot set up a communication plan for members and guests. The search  building feature seems a bit awkward.

It's user interface is so tough to learn, the customer service is horrible, and it is absolutely not worth the money.

Overall, it's very user friendly, very visually appealing, and modern looking.

It's fine, but horrible customer service and takes months of trainer to use.

Programs used for online giving and background checks. They misrepresented themselves and there are better options available, but Toychpoint requires we use the bad companies.

For example: the ability to assign tasks to certain people and put some responsibility in their hands helped our visiting ministry really take off.

Some features are difficult to navigate and the online instructions can be confusing for new users.
