Pros/Cons
Pros
- Trust me when I say I scout out all the time and have yet to find something as good as or better. These guys are the best in the business and we have been very happy with them every step of the way.
- We have loved all that it has to offer. We have been with 3 other companies in the past and this is by far the best priced, and has the greatest features.
- The ability to keep parents in the loop while sending certificates and track the children progress is awesome. Having the time clock, calendar, management tools for users is a huge plus.
Cons
- I hate that you have to use a keyword all the time to process reports. Should be able to have a selection during registration on how they heard about the program, excel spreadsheet for all reports.
- Missing some key features. It also has a lot of functions that no one knows how to use or what they are for.
- Training takes too long. Customers complaint that class list is difficult to read as they are not alphabetical.
Pros
- Sawyer is the perfect solution for a small business like mine looking for a simple and user friendly program to help book and reserve classes and birthday parties.
- Its easy it’s friendly, great design. The price for what you get is good and the support team is always there for me.
- I think this is a great product that is easy to change and work with from the backend. I love the customer service help I get as well, truly an amazing product.
Cons
- The widget slows your website down dramatically and the problem has existed for a long time. Customer Service is the major negative with this platform.
- I had it off on one class but not the other. You could say that my error.
- The way they address their clients and the way they are deeply out for information (emails of their clients', clients) - they are even sneaky about it.
