The filters are finicky. The most struggle I've had with Linewize is just getting websites either blocked or allowed properly.

As a teacher, I NEVER know what websites are blocked for my students. I may create an entire lesson using one website which I find out after I have started my class is partially or wholly blocked.

Nobody jumps into the webfilter on to resolve an issue that isn't an immediate need. That quick response keeps end users happy which makes my day to day life easier.

This year we're off to a great start with Linewise, I'm eager to see the full impact at the end of the semester. I highly recommend Linewise for educators.

Customer support is good is always helpful. Overall its been a good experience.

So when I need to be in the webfilter I don't always know exactly what im looking for or where it is. Using the quick chat feature has always resolved my issue in a timely manner.

Maybe I'm not using it correctly but it's a little confusing to me. For instance my superintendent wanted a report of every user who had accessed Netflix.

It is useful and helps with classroom management in a one-to-one student-to-laptop situation.

Distraction is a major hurdle that educators must overcome and each year it becomes increasingly difficult.

Really looking forward to using the tools they are bring down. Its always nice when a company is listing to its users about how to make a better product.

Overall I have had a great experience with Linewize. Again, the customer support is top notch.

It is fairly easy to use. I can easily see what the students are doing.

I'm a little disappointed in the reporting feature.

I started bypassing the on prem server every time our network died, and it would immediately come up and never have the issue.

NetSupport 11 upgrade changed to a more difficult to use interface. Initially overwhelming with amount of options displayed on the start screen.

I like the fact that it is very user friendly and has become more user friendly throughout the years.

It would be great if a few steps were taken out in the updating process. Aside from that, it has proven to be very useful in our environment.

Ability to keep students focused in the classroom greatly assists with the needs of the students and helps me in the classroom.

The management tie-in with GMC works great, the web filters are a must for a classroom environment, and the educator tools are very easy to use.

We hope to expand in the future and willdefinitely be looking for more NetSupport to grow with us as we do. Thank you to all of the staff at NetSupport for a great product and the constant updates.

Having this product installed here gives me peace of mind. We are quickly able to shut down unauthorized site viewing.

Install without a domain is a little tricky. Had some issues trying to install the software while not on a domain.

We had tried several other brands, with very little good fortune, and decided to give this at least a try.

The restriction of communication because it depends on a local network, because sometimes that limits the classes.

Very pleased with this application. It has been an experience of quality, novelty and variety.

As mentioned above, we have loved this product and saved many soles of our shoes.

There is very little I dislike, but when Exhibiting the teacher screen to demonstrate to the class (which by the way is very effective), stopping the exhibition is a little difficult to figure out.

While I haven't needed to use customer service very much, the few times that I did contact them, they were quick to help and resolve my issues.

I cannot recommend that platform enough. It makes the entire monitoring process seamless and easy to manage from the console(s).

Very happy to have this product in our building- customer support is among the best I have had.

The screen sharing feature is great as well. There are a lot of other features in this software that are great, these are just the ones that our teachers use most.
