Otter was harder hard to find this amongst a sea of other competing software. My search term was: cloud ai transcription software for transcribing recordings.

I tested multiple apps on the same recording and the accuracy of Otter's auto-generated transcript was amazing - MUCH better than the others.

Having a written transcript, thanks to Otter, will help me if I ever decide to preach these sermons again in the future in a different venue.

This software has a good user interface for both computer and mobile devices. Its playback option is a unique feature along with its capability of transcribing in real time.

I have loved using Otter. Great product and a huge tool for my daily work life on the go.

Not ready to hand Otter any cash or recommendations just yet.

It's still is an A.I so the possibility of margin of errors abounds. I tried transcribing my voice but the app got some words horribly wrong.

There's always tons of errors. Still it saves a lot of time transcribing it yourself.

Some of the transcription is so bad it makes me laugh. But as long as I review it soon after the conversation, I can figure it out.

I am looking forward to gaining more experience with the software and using it for my freelancing work. The software has good features to edit, highlight the text.

I love the ability to take photos of something that will appear in the transcription exactly where we are discussing it. The ability to recognize past speakers is really useful.

Since this is an AI assistant that responds to voice, there are bound to be problems.

Otter is incredibly easy to use, where in 'live transcription' or recorded transcription. The transcription itself is generally accurate.

The software gets the work done for me in very good quality and precision.

Overall, Otter has been one of my favorite tools in my daily routine. The ease of use and ability to seamlessly go from my desktop, to phone and back without missing a beat is testament to the app.

Price is reasonable, and even the cheapest subscription plan provides a significant amount of transcription time. It takes relatively little time to upload and transcribe recordings.

It does the job wonderfully. I also noticed that you can connect different apps like google calendar and zoom and set reminders to record meetings which I love.

It is just a wonderful experience and I will continue using the software for a long time I think, that is because of the friendly user interface and accessibility of using its feature.

I use the software to transcribe interviews for research purposes. It gives me full control and is more cost effective than a human-transcription service.

SnagIT and Otter.ai give me what I need to take better notes as a business analyst, quickly get the action items, with traceability to.

Otter is easy to use and integrates well with other products.

In the end, it is already a software which has some issue with accuracy especially with difficult accent cases and background noise.

I also didn't like that the free version of Otter cuts off an audio file at the 45 minute mark, as I tend to preach about 50 minutes (so I often miss out on the last five minutes).

Having any of my visuals audio written and have the ability to edit it is something impressive and saves a lot of time.

Overall, I think it’s a super helpful tool for people who need notes and audio to remember important details during meetings, presentations or lectures.

Even if I want to upload an image or insert a comment, all of that is easy to use. It has access to different applications like zoom, which is very nice.

It was super easy to use as my first transcription software.

When I found Videolinq, I did not quite realize how good it was until I started using it.

I tried going directly there using the browser and received errors.).

I am surprised and disappointed that we cannot change the password for the media dashboard.

I look for ease of use first...something that doesn’t take forever to lear. Their media dashboard is a charm.

It is very user friendly,  Great guidance from the support team.

I hate being charged for CDN. Live-streaming to my website should be free.

And it is somewhat confusing not knowing which websites one is on.

What I don’t like is their confusing DASHBOARD is a little confusing where one needs to enter URL for their account & billing information & another for video info.

Setup was super easy and most of the work was automatically done inside of Videolinq, which is way better than others that I have tried that require a manual setup.

I also like that Zoom integrates and I can use Zoom to record and later stream to social channels. I like that I can have my own player on my site to stream CDN feature.

Overall, this has great potential especially if you only need to stream to multiple destinations or if you are in need of a great media player.

I am happy with the purchase as it is a best value for money.

Embedding the chat feature is missing and is needed in order to properly use this software.

Videolinq is a good multi streaming tool with a good team behind it. Easy to use with streaming support for multiple platforms.

I love that not only can you stream to multiple destinations with one click, you also have the option of using their video player which is very sleek and easy to personalize with your brand colors.

It surely helps with some manual work here and there, and the video quality is really good.
