Pros/Cons
Pros
- Ease of use, affordable, online payments are possible, widgets are included in the price, support is great, solution oriented people.
- It is robust and quite intuitive to use. I like the ease with which you can add students to the class.
- Very easy to use and a wide range of functionality. Support was very helpful with our transition from our old provider, who just could not keep up with our growth and need for more functionality.
Cons
- No waitelist, no automatic BDay wishmail, no possibility to call a client, no possibility to send a message to a whole class.
- Missing customer log in app for tablets to use at the studio, missing class statistics reports (average customers per week, month...).
- At least... well hard to say... we need a feature for graduations. That's the only thing missing.
Pros
- I love the New App and the online access. We have used Twin Oaks for several years and the online system is much more user friendly!!! We are very happy so far with what they are doing.
- What impressed me the most was the advance preparation and relatively seamless transition. We were able to customize our software to our industry and have been able to "tweak" it as we go.
- The software is very easy to use, versatile and comprehensive. Twin Oaks entire staff, including customer service/support staff is by far the best.
Cons
- It also makes it difficult manually to clock in because the employees have to change their password so often that they forget it. The biggest complaint is the merchant card service charges.
- The reports are very frustrating as the instructions are not clear and selection criteria is extremely confusing. It is frustrating to run reports and not obtain report data that is consistent.
- Customizing modules or pages is mostly impossible, so you are often stuck with a bunch of stuff/clutter on a page that you don't use or need.
