The website is easy to navigate. I really like the newer calendar link that is available no matter what screen you're in to click on.

I love the functionality to tie registration through our website resulting in a seamless user interface that is not only easy to use, but also family friendly.

It can be very difficult to maneuver and figure out exactly how the system should be set up for proper use.

A 180 change from the old platform we were using. It's not only used friendly for the administrators but as well for our families/members.

Easy to use interface for Managers and Families.

We don't really have any complaints. Some reporting aspects are not as detailed as we would like but there is usually a way to figure out a way to get what we need.

You can almost do everything you need with in the software. They keep adding more and more integrations so eventually it will all be in one place and I love it.

The website loads faster, even when on slow data connections or mobile devices. The canned reports are good and the ability to create and save favorites is helpful.

Jackrabbit has so many features that our swim school needs. It's mostly easy to use after you get used to it and they have great customer service.

The software is easy to use. And the YouTube tutorials are helpful.

The ease of use has to be the number one reason we like it best. Followed closely by the quick response from support when we can't figure something out or have ideas for improvement.

I first loved the ease of set up for our business. I was able to set up registration and approximately 100 classes in a matter of hours.

We have been using it for a few years now and I think it has really helped the business suceed. Customer service is great and usually responds fairly quickly to our questions and concerns.

So much you can do and so much great help to do it.

It needs to have a pre-requisite ladder to prevent parents from registering for the wrong level. It tends to be an expensive program compared to competitors for those of us with high student loads.

We have multiple classes at the same time with the same level. This makes it hard when we charge for tuition.

I dont know what I would dislike. They even have a Facebook group.

We were excited to implement Jackrabbits new policy agreements, we have been able utilize and integrate different agreements for our individualized programs.

I like how it is easy to use for all users, the reports and controlling my price for online tee times. The support team are great to work with and handle any problem you might have.

We all know that questions, issues and glitches arise at the most in opportune time or when everything quiets down late into the evening.

When software updates occur, we have some trouble getting the staff use to those updates.

I couldn't be more pleased with the addition of Club Caddie at our golf course. We are saving so much money and yet getting a much superior service.

The member billing seems to be the area that I struggle with at times to integrate with our processes.

Would love to see it work with fast internet speeds.

I am happy that we went with Club Caddie. It was a much more affordable option than some of the larger Golf Course Management software companies.

Everything has been awesome with ClubCaddie from the start. We had them come out to our location and help implement the software ON SITE! which was huge.

Their team has been very helpful from the start and continue to reach out and ask ways to make the system better.

We utilize their online tee sheet as well as their credit card processing partner. Everything works together in harmony and has proven to be cost effective and efficient.

Customer Support is outstanding. Whenever we have a question, they are available including nights and weekends.

Specifically, there is currently no device in the software to handle Cart Ride or Greens Fee Punchcards.

Club Caddie isn't a one size fits all. I liked that we weren't overwhelmed with features and kits/components that we did not need; therefore, we found it very adaptable, customizable and intuitive.
