  • Pros

  • Lightspeed Restaurant - a good way to manage a restaurant / bar in an efficient and effective manner. Promo Codes - are a great way to track and manage promotions and discounts for customers.
  • Recently purchased by Lightspeed, it is backed by one of the strongest, brightest and intelligent businesses in the industry.
  • There are many great tools and features that ChronoGolf has to accomplish the everyday goal of making our golfers happy.
  • Cons

  • Paying multiple players at the same time sluggish. That online booking is either all or nothing for the client to pay online.
  • Only con would be the fear of our internet being down and if that is the case not being able to run the proshop in the meantime. That is a risk to take for a great cloud based software.
  • Not being able to edit once booked, no scorecards, cannot add a guest and sometimes the app was overloaded and ran slow.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE this software. I used another very un-user friendly before finding Studio Director and I couldn't be more thankful.
  • I also love that your customer service takes feedback and requests from me and other studios and is continually improving to better serve our needs.
  • Their customer service is some of the best I, personally, have ever received (Pam is awesome!). They respond quickly to any questions we have and their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
  • Cons

  • It is too expensive especially when charged extra by the Studio Director.
  • Inability to apply SPLIT payments with Autopay feature. Inability to select ACTIVE, INACTIVE, or PROSPECT for each family/student (which results in paying for inactive students).
  • The only worry with that would be missing someone, and it creates extra work- which was what we were trying to avoid in using TSD.
