Ease of billing the memberships, building new products or services is easy. Downloading the reports have been helpful in analyzing the business.

Great features for gym owner. Good for recurrent billing and member tracking.

Billing was fast and easy, and the money became available very fast. It accurately reflected my facility's needs with scheduling, billing and record keeping.

Their mailchimp integration verges on being dangerous - it's wiped tags from my contacts, unsubscribed hundreds of people.

Implementation was difficult. Customer service gets defensive.

Many of these bugs haven't been closed with no ETA.

Members and coaches find the software very user friendly.

It just decided to stop charging members and still listed them as paying members so I couldn't see that they weren't being charged.

Amazing software without bugs, and the best customer service out there. Plus workout performance tracking.

Once you are on, it is really difficult to switch because of all the set up.

They also don’t have a phone number you can call and even if you get customer service to actually pick up a phone and call they call you from a blocked number so you can’t call them back.

I loved how easy  it was to add in programming, The ease of use amongst my members, and  The ability to change things easily when needed.

The programming aspect has some limitations that seem easy to fix but are still missing.

The experience has been great and the customer service is awesome.

Similar functionality that you would need together are placed in separate parts of the app. Error messages are often, and confusing.

Its super easy to turn on and see the daily WOD. Its fun to track scores with other gym members.

Having a website that we can customize that is also very professional. I love that we can set it up for our staff to be able to add members and handle their financial info.

Even the Front End Admin features are a pain in the rear. TRIIB tries to do too much, and as a result is shoddy at almost all of it.

It used to be a cheap option until they increased the price by 30% with no new features or improvements to make up for it.

It is simple, clean, and effective. I have tried other all-in-one softwares, and this has made my life a lot easier.

Nearly everything is awful. The design is confusing.

User interface is terrible. Almost any feature that requires basic user (member, or potential member) operation is unreliable.

Many bugs and gaps in features that make the product feel incomplete. Lack of investment and issues open for several months both on gym management software and marketing side.

Converting reports to pdf feature should be a breeze, but doesn't convert the entire report and is useless.

Zen Planner has a lot of good features. Billing, client tracking, scheduling, and integration into our website are all pretty smooth.

There are SO many ways to customize reports to your liking and integrate with other software. And I love the icons chosen for each area of the program.

The Costomer service help. I know I can ask anything and they will have the answer.

Zenplanner is chock full of features (other than membership discounts, as mentioned above), but it's so full of features that it becomes clunky and hard to use.

There is one thing that really bothers me. Approximately once a week it just kicks me out of the app and doesn't allow to log in, app shuts down too frequently.

What I liked most about this software was the amount of things that it can do to not only help manage the numbers but keep the clients engaged and happy.

So now ZP is helping me save more precious time and I'm learning more about my business in the process. Thank you reports and automations.

I have to make an effort to not touch it. When you have a LOT of members (>350) it's a pain to always click people or students - and do show all.

The customer service and ease of use. The phone system for tech support is the best.

Whenever I have an issue the support team is always there to help and they solve the issue very quickly which is super ideal due to more than 1/2 of my work is accomplished on Zen.

Easy to check members in and out. Had a great user interface and was very easy to read and understand.

Zan Planner makes it easy to sign up for crossfit classes. It is also a great way to edit payment, etc. I like the feature of being able to see who is specifically signed up for class as well.

Up until the COVID-19 crisis, we were big fans of ZP. However, since the crisis began their Tech Support team has been dismissive and unhelpful.

This is a beautifully made system, the apps definitely need work and more ease of use, functionality, but the desktop version is beautiful.

This product can be customized in many ways to meet the specific operation of your business. The interface is slick looking and makes good use of screen real estate.

The automations are great if they're set up correctly. Their customer support is amazing.

However, some receive an alert everyday until they pay. That is annoying for the members and makes us look like we're harassing them.

Support was good -  very responsive, with multiple ways to contact them. I also appreciated the discounts they gave businesses at the start of the COVID shutdowns.

ZP has refused to do so, which leaves us in a very had position because our designer could easily make technical errors that will cost us a lot of money to fix in the future.

The payment integration is helpful and there are some pretty high level reporting capabilities.

While Zen Planner had a lot of features, it was terribly difficult to use them.

So we decided rather than go through the hassle & potentially be charged further we would just cancel - their loss.

Lots of good features , easy to use schedule setup.

It confused the hec out of our staff (who are 98% volunteers).

This was my favorite fitness computer software that ive used.
