  • Pros

  • I like that I can log the work and paste HTML email threads in a ticket. Also managing all of the computer in the ticketing software is a nice feature.
  • The best part of it was cost. We looked at several other products ranging from cost to functionality to find Alloy provided more for less.
  • Cons

  • It can be cumbersome to learn in an SMB environment with small teams and no compartmentalization.
  • Some built-in features are limited and require alterations.

  • Easy to use, track work orders, and depreciation. Helps keep our facilities up and running while allowing us to make informed smart decisions.
  • User friendly for those opening work orders and those receiving the work order - no major learning curve necessary. Excellent customer service and support.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes we have to leave a task as pending as we have parts on order or other, but they have no way of being notified that we've been there, temporarily fixed it and ordered parts.
  • I hade a hard time figuring out the reporting aspect of the software.
