The ease of use and the functionalities that assist in making my day to day activities more effective and efficient.

Simplicity on terms of ease of data entry and retrieval but powerful enough to produce complex usage information to aid in determining O&M needs.

The staff at CHAMPS are very talented and know exactly how to help you with any kind or issue you call with or for any customization you may want to make to the existing software.

If used properly, the system software will facilitate paperless initiative. Up to this point the system has proven to be a cost effective solution.

Reporting is not easily configurable and the application is Client / Server based so it's very limited in terms of mobility.

The web based system is not available for all modules. This forces us into the client/server model, which is a bit more difficult to upgrade.

As technical support, I benefit because this application is stable. This benefits me because it frees up time to work with other projects and maintenance missions at our facility.

The vendor is very supportive and customer focused. There are some areas of the CHAMPS ver. 11 that could be improved upon.

CHAMPS has been a great experience, it is hands down an excellent software program for any business.

Easy Process to roll out new modules. Active Directory Integration.

The problem in processing (returning, re-issuing and correctly tracking) serialized parts.

I like best the following. The suite is an integration of procurement, inventory and maintenance management system - three interwoven functions.

The software more than meets our needs and the support is excellent.

Its ability to provide real time cost tracking (labour and material) and to automate maintenance alert for critical equipment.

It is an excellent system supported by very talented and customer focused staff.

Champs is very user-friendly and as an administrator, I do not get many help-desk type calls for assistance.

I like all of the modules that are related to equipment repair work orders, parts inventory, tracking repair labor and material costs, etc.

I love that the software is so user friendly and easy to use. I like the enhancement made when you change the asset id on the work order header, it automatically updates the asset on the step.

Some features are not documented as well as they could be.

The support has been great, and has really improved since we moved to the new web version. They are willing to assist on any issues and really take our suggestions into consideration.

In my opinion, the user interface seems a bit dated and it's not very fluid/user-friendly. It can be confusing at times navigating throughout the software.

Easy for users to understand. The ability to have a tremendous support team a phone call away.

I like the ability to generate customized reports as needed by plant systems.

Ability to track work order history, and labor. Year end reports are helpful for figuring budgets for each division.

I always have a excellent  experience working with workhub, the customer services is always there to help me if i have any question or concerns.

I have used other systems in the past but the freedom of customizing the work has been a godsend.

Staff was very responsive and patient with us as we earned to navigate the system.

I love the WorxHub and the improved efficiencies in our department related to using WorxHub.

There are some features that are badly needed that were overlooked when the software was made. They are working hard to incorporate them however.

I like the fact that is can be used with different modules that are integrated with each other.

TheWorxHub provides all the features we need to have a successful preventive maintenance plan. The work order features are especially nice to track routine and special maintenance needs.

I have had an amazing relationship with the whole WorxHub team from tech support to engineers. Everyone is passionate about both the tool and their customer service.

The integration went really smoothly and the residents are happy.

As of now our staff sees me in passing and they tell me when something is wrong so I have to create work order and take it out. I believe I click my mouse 22 times to complete a work order.

Worxhub helps so much with compliance and keeping us in the good books with the government. It provides great evidence when needed to show that our systems are well maintained.

Reporting is clumsy and unless you spend allot of time looking or trialing reports its difficult to get the end result your looking for.

The customer service support is great. I love that I can chat with anyone at any time and i get an immediate response.

It's really nice to pull a report to see workload analysis or asset information. Most of the reports are really helpful.
