  • Pros

  • I have been pleased with the software and all my contact with support has been positive.
  • I believe once it has all the data input, it will work great. The customer service is outstanding.
  • Flexibility to create reports. With only a few exceptions I like the SQL database structure making fun and easy to create powerful, professional-looking reports.
  • Cons

  • When I first generated reports I found the reports that shipped with FTMaintenance lackluster and limited. They were missing data fields that I needed to display for the sake of the company.
  • It can be a bit confusing to navigate at first.
  • E. Entering the wrong equipment number during creation of a work order from the quicklist in DM will often limit the equipment available to select later.

  • It does everything that I need, it's perfect for our small company, yet can upgraded and customised to accommodate growth. And best of all, very reasonably priced.
  • The Report menu and the ability to create/edit reports to fit everyone's needs was very good. The menus were very functional, they were easy and quick to move through.
  • In fact, in working with them, they have released new versions that have included suggestions we made to them. It's a good product with great support, would recommend to others.
  • Cons

  • Reports can be confusing to navigate what you are looking for.
  • Our current software is very outdated, as it is almost impossible to access from off site. It is very costly to upgrade to the newer web based version.
  • You can not type in fields, you have to use the drop down key.
