There was a lack of communication between sales and the technical department that created a misunderstanding about a functionality after I bought the software. Everything is fine now though.

Logging in sometimes is a pain. I don't know if it's our computer, but it doesn't happen a lot.

Setting up equipment is super easy and quick. Vendors are just as easy.

I have been pleased with the software and all my contact with support has been positive.

Default reports are lackluster and limited. Some modules can be tedious and finicky.

Very pleasant and helpful. For the money, I believe this is going to be great.

They are very helpful, responsive, courteous, and professional.

What I like best about this software is the affordability. I researched about 6 different software programs.

I believe once it has all the data input, it will work great. The customer service is outstanding.

There is not any cons for us as a business. The only downside would be not being able to custom tailor every little detail to your needs.

When I first generated reports I found the reports that shipped with FTMaintenance lackluster and limited. They were missing data fields that I needed to display for the sake of the company.

E. Entering the wrong equipment number during creation of a work order from the quicklist in DM will often limit the equipment available to select later.

The flexability, portability, pre-built reports as well as ability to query the system.

It can be a bit confusing to navigate at first.

Everything just gets assigned a number which is up to you how you want to start with that.

I love the products ability to customize to my needs. The support is great and Ernie s patience is great.

Flexibility to create reports. With only a few exceptions I like the SQL database structure making fun and easy to create powerful, professional-looking reports.

The software is extremely simple to use and very intuitive. The guys at FasTrak are very responsive and always know how to solve any issues I have.

FTMaintenance was a great option for me because of the cost and ability to keep the records short.

The visual aids of this product is most appealing to me. It also has a good support system application that is easy to use.

The customer service has been great at every step of our process. Any question we had, big or small, we always had the phone answered with a helpful response.

We also like the preventative maintenance scheduling, it helps ensure we are not missing crucial steps needed in the proper maintenance of our assets.

Easy well integrated functionality. Everything hangs well on eachother when you did a good set-up.

The easy to use interface, as soon as you have all the data inserted in the program it's an easy to use customer friendly solution.

Excellent support from initial contact through to the assistance provided during the implementation phase. With regular use it's straightforward to use once the data is loaded.

It is user friendly, easy to show how effective ( on asset base) the performance is.

It's relative easy to setup to our needs. If we want the software like way X Ultimo will make it this way without any questions asked.

Ease of use is very high, also the freedom to customize the Ultimo Environment in the Premium version is a big plus.

It is a real asset for you company or in my case laboratory. Also in terms of maintaining safety critical equipment or aspects.

Some process-related actions are missing, but they can always be realized through customization.

That I find it a pleasant program and with the help of quickly look up the filters or create lists for extra insight.

Adaptions can be costly, because of consultant hours.

Not always flexible, and the need for mobile souutions.

We as a big testcenter really likes this software! it definitely helps us out in our daily work. And we are getting to use it more and more.

It is also available as a app on an i-pad or telephone for using in the field. That what most users like the most.

Excellent support at all stages of procurement, implementation and operation. Excellent level of configurability to our requirements and excellent assistance to go from out of the box to operational.

Ease of use, everything is documented, layout , look and feel.

Now and then we have problems with the software getting stuck and there are several error messages which we don't know what they mean.

The very good helpdesk support. The variety of modules that can be used.

We are very satisfied with Ultimo. They know their own quality and also regularly discuss customer requirements with the customer.

The best package to gain insight into asset management. A good structure by means of equipment and jobs can be divided into preventive and corrective.

Ultimo is used for over 10 years and has improved rapidly is this period.

Because of an already existing  technical building implementation, with no application maintenance, it is hard to fully use the ITSM module.

Risks: customization in combination with updates and new releases; customization based on input from less experienced colleagues.

Sometimes it is a bit hard to role out a new part of ultimo inside the organisation.

Our overall experience is positive. Depending of the need you can deepen the asset tree.

Our Technical and Facility Services (on several premises) have a good overview of all the ongoing work.

It help you with registration of your assets and jobs. Also helping your self with reporting tools.

Easy to use and very good support and simple implemantation.

The software is a little bit expensive. You also have to pay for almost all extra features.

With a little training or with a consultant it is easy to modify the screens for different users so they have a better overview with only the things they need to see on their screens.

A huge step forward since we switched from Optim to Ultimo: ease of use, indefinite possibillities. High level of automatisation of tasks en jobgeneration and follow-up.

Ultimo helps us in our asset management and continuous improvement that is needed the get the most revenue out of these assets.

Ultimo follows our workflows instead of pushing us into pre set ones. We have a nice integration with fluke ansur and other 3th party tools.

It cost you a lot of money. But in the end it is all worth it.

The possibilities to manage the asset in each aspect of asset management.

Takes a lot of time to fill in all the required fields and information. Once that is done, you gain a lot of afford out of it.

Easy to configure, if you have the knowledge you can also make  complex configurations. Lot of basic functionality, configuration is not necessary if you want to use Ultimo as it comes.

And have a great visual overview to plan Projects and People. How great is it that a software automatically give's you jobs to do.

It is extremely good with maintenance of our assets.

Extensive dashboard possibilities. The configuration of Ultimo GO is difficult and not as flexible as the rest of Ultimo.
