Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It is easy to start using the kickserv system, especially since they have such a phenomenal support staff.
  • The help desk is super responsive. The software is really quite intuitive, and the time to get it up and running with the help desk's help is only a few days.
  • Cons

  • Doing invoices, when you forget to select the purpose of the job (Labor, material, etc) you end up losing the information and then you have to go back to notes to put it back in.
  • Once a contact is in, I can't edit the contact information, which is a pain when we have multiple customers from the same overall client company.

  • Easy to use and a very helpful service support.
  • It can give you a lot of information and do many things. You do get a lot here and the reports generated have gotten much better.
  • Cons

  • My experience with inventory has shown that any problems are usually with the user not with the software. Be consistent and through with how you enter information, this will pay off in the long run.
  • The receivers are for some odd size paper and are laid out in a way that wastes a lot of paper. Each time we print one we have to take extra steps so it will print in a usable/readable manner.
