  • Pros

  • Accurate data on downtime causes & costs. Coaching in process improvement events.
  • It was very easy to install and require significantly less investment than other systems we considered.
  • Cons

  • The fact that it is iOS based can be something good and bad at the same time.
  • Sometimes the RZ updates come out with bugs and make it difficult until they roll out the fixes. Possibly too many updates and new features.

  • Staff was very responsive and patient with us as we earned to navigate the system.

  • There are some features that are badly needed that were overlooked when the software was made. They are working hard to incorporate them however.
  • The reports are difficult to navigate and create.
