Our overall experience with AuditDashboard has been positive.

I couldn't figure how to remove a file if it was placed in the wrong folder.

I enjoy the commenting function a lot. I like the filtering available and how you can complete items and mark them important.

The audit is ongoing, and we will see if the client will still complaint.

To me this is a good way to save time and energy.

I couldn't tell when or if the end user actually accessed my data. The only thing I actually hated was the pesky email notifications that items were still pending or incomplete.

It gives notification and progress of each engagement. Customer support is good.

I think the biggest benefits were making sure we gave the auditors all their requested items, and being able to track more easily what we have given them and what we have still outstanding.

The paperless aspect is the most important positive for me. Ease of dragging files into the dashboard is a close second.

Hard to navigate or understand what it is displaying.

In addition, the email invitation to a new user is not sent automatically, which can cause a delay if the invitation is not manually initiated.

I liked simplistic layout and how user friendly the site is. It was so easy to navigate and set up to get started.

There were documents we had uploaded that the auditors were unaware of.

The customer support and audit dashboard team are all responsive in all our concerns. They address the issue urgently.

Quick responses to issues or questions. Clients really enjoy working with the system.

Nice concept but needs a little more editing to make more user friendly with more options.

Documents are mixed together: This was feedback from client who was using another firm's connect portal. For journal entries, it is more convenient if there is a drop down for the main request.

I liked the ease of use and i think there is good security. My accountant set it up and we were able to keep track of what docs she needed.

Makes it super easy to share confidential documentation. Easy to upload and access documents, and I also like that I can leave comments.

I like lists so this was a helpful tool and easy to use.

I have experienced a little problem while doing updates with no clear indication as to when the same has been completed.

Therefore, it can be costly for organizations to maintain the system.

The navigation, It was sometimes difficult to determine what was being asked of whom. There was a repetitiveness to the program that was a little confusing.

One essential concern is data security. When being hacked, financial data could be technically compromised.

Square 9 is the perfect fit for our existing customers already utilizing  Bizhub multi-function devices.

It has been difficult to set up workflows and scripts for a complex muti company use.

The ability to access the software and add files, etc is very user friendly. It makes it very easy to train the end user.

Ease of use, reliability. I like how easy it is to search for documents and to export files.

Once documents are entered - it is very easy to search for information. The thumbnails add to the ease of searching.

Great program for keeping electronic copies of invoices. Integrates great with QuickBooks.

Reduction of physically stored paperwork as well as a reduction in lost paperwork.

Square 9 is easy to use and allows us to search and locate our patient records and other documents faster then ever.

This is a problem for me when I'm processing a large batch of files and need to test a new workflow or process a priority document.

The flexibility of the configuration provides several benefits for document workflow automation increasing our customer's return on investment.

Ability to archive and secure documents amongst our many departments and divisions.

Pricing is reasonable, and support is responsive.

Viewing documents during the sorting process is challenging. The zoom in feature is difficult to maneuver.

What I love most about the Square9 suite of products is the integration and ease of use. We use both GlobalSearch and GlobalForms, and they work hand in hand.

I have never had an issue with the software or support and the support staff are AWESOME. I have attended several trainings in New Haven and always walk away energized to try something new.

So easy to maintain and for users to use the product. Great and quick customer support when there ever is a problem (rarely).

The ability to alphabetize. The ability to make the screen pull up how many ever documents to fit our needs.

We have just started using the program and we love it. When it is operating to full capacity we will be very excited.

Concept is great and you can customize everything yourself. Global Search looks good but Smart Search needs improvement.

Easy navigation, ease of training other staff through smart search is very nice. General basic knowledge needed.

We have a backend system that can connect via REST api. They have a good documentation and sample on how to use the REST API.

Upgrades can be difficult as the client ans server need to be updated together and the client update need admin rights.

The benefits I received are organization for scanning documents into SmartSearch and easy to search for the documents. It is very user friendly.

The desktop application runs much slower than the application on the server. Probably more of an issue with my network than anything else, but still annoying.

I love the options to customize searches and permissions. I like that I can do some level of customization without outside help.
