Build it once and reuse many times. Plus our team does not have to ask a developer each time they want something simple done. The Hooks engine allows non tech people to create automation and improve the experience for our users. It has no plugins, everything is within the platform. Cons: Can't say there are any. We did not understand the full extent of what we could do with the system at the start. The platform made it easy for our product teams to do their work and cut our time to market by 50%! The headless and API first architecture allowed us to push content between multiple channels and save a ton of time and money on those efforts. Cons: As with most any solution and especially one this powerful, it took time to get fully up to speed on how best to use it and deploy the functionality. Once we mastered this though, it was an awesome tool for our use.
