Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that Docusign is so easy to use. Having your authentic signature with a click of a key or initials for all your important documents at the speed of lightening is awesome.
- Love the ease of use and ability to save documents in the DocuSign system. Simple to sign online but also convenient options to print to paper or save as a PDF.
- My overall experience with it was amazing and I used the free trial but I love it so much and use it so much that I now buy monthly subscriptions.
Cons
- They have really horrible customer service representatives who retaliate against customers that complain about poor service.
- The problem with econtracts is that we have trouble knowing when we they are confirmed. So sometimes it was hard to confirm if it worked.
- I don't like how difficult it is to edit the document once you sign. Once you sign it, it is done and you can't go back and edit it even if you accidentally messed up.
Pros
- Has a good user interface, is a reliable pdf converter, and good pdf editor because it's easy to use.
- I love the easy availability of this application on Google Playstore. The Software have a good user interface and reading of PDF files is much comfortable using this application.
- I also love that it's a one-time purchase, and not a monthly subscription like so many other software offerings of this type. Customer service was responsive and helpful in the registration process.
Cons
- While there is a solution to this, they refuse to acknowledge it, and removed it from their blog (marked as spam) because it mentions a competitors product.
- Very complicated and cumbersome. The inability to have one license (Mac or Windows) to serve me.
- A total scam and definately not a replacement for adobe.
