I absolutely love using Dynamic Web Twain for all of my scanning needs! As a healthcare company who are trying to go paperless, this software has been a game-changer. It's so easy to use, and the ability to customise our scanning preferences and the efficient batch scanning feature saves us so much time. Licensing was difficult to figure out at first.

The software API was fairly simple to navigate. I was able to implement the WebScan utility into my internal organization webpage without much issue. This is the only portion of the software that we utilize. It makes it very simple for regular, or non computer literate users, to scan required documents at our employee kiosks.

My only real issue is the continual Increase in yearly licensing. When I first purchased the software, I was able to license a non production version because my webpage does not touch the outside world. But after a year that was taken away, forcing me to license the full production version. Increasing the cost by hundreds. Then after another year the price was increased again overall, forcing us to pay hundreds more for the same exact product we've been using for several years. If it increases more, I'll be forced to find a cheaper alternative.

Our overall office experience with this product it good. We changed from another product to go with Dynamsoft a few years ago.

The product integrates perfectly with our custom software. We scan directly in to our software for saving the pdfs.

The only issue is that when web browsers update we have to figure out how to make your software compatible. I think you all should send out product updates for use with different browser.

We scan over 1000 multi-page documents a day directly into the web app. We work with health records and that methodology helped us avoid leaving scanned records inside a user's pc

Easy integration and fairly easy roll out. The fact that one needs to be a Windows admin to install it first time gave us issues as the organisation is spread all over Greece but this is not a Dynamsoft fault.
