The community invideo is available on Facebook which is really helpful in getting ideas and inspiration to do the videos.

The biggest problem is their program's problem with V/O synchronization with the video.

I also think the whole concept of online video editing is a bad idea.

So you call back, get another promise and it doesn't happen again. In the meantime, your whole workflow is suffering.

It has been great at helping us move to a more paperless environment. The best feature is the tight integration with Lacerte (it also integrates with ProSeries).

There can be a little frustration when it comes to the search function of clients and their vaults.

Then we ran out of space again. Then, the dashboard told us that we had space, but we were getting error messages that we were out of space.

It is so easy to get acclimated to SmartVault. Pre-training is important and the SmartVault University provides lots of useful information.

Excellent product for client security when multiple documents are being sent back & forth. Integration with other software that we use is important.

The price is affordable for a boutique firm like mine. It also puts me at ease for the security for confidential information sharing with clients.
