Pros
- It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.
- I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.
Cons
- It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.
- If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.
Pros
- This is a well-developed and nicely designed software. It has a simple and clean interface and makes document and policy organization flow seamlessly.
- NAVEXGlobal's document management solution, PolicyTech, is a wonderful system for any organization that is looking to implement controls over their documents without spending a fortune.
Cons
- While the material was industry average, the customer service is the worst we've ever experienced. Consistent across my whole team and on nearly every call made and email sent.
- Very limited in what you are able to do with it. Licensing is expensive and not flexible with who can use what, when.
