PaperOffice Pricing

PaperOffice has a very good pricing policy. Private users can choose between two different versions - PaperOffice STARTER and PaperOffice HOME. They are available as a subscription license for Starter and a purchase license for Home. Starter is available from EUR 4.95 per month (monthly payments - subscription license) and Home for EUR 124.50 as one-time payment. Businesses and companies can purchase the PaperOffice TEAM license as a purchase license for EUR 349.30.

The ideal solution for all entrepreneurs who value money today and do not want to use the cloud

PROS

Well, the Synology connection was very easy comparing to other software. What I found great was the simple search. And automatic reading of documents. I don't have to learn each document for a long time, paperOffice does what it can - reads the necessary information without my help and stores it as separate property fields.A huuge plus point is of course the price - you will never find any other software for that price and with those features

CONS

Honestly, I found it stupid at first that the software wasn't easy to find. Reading a review on the Synology forums that the people and the software are top notch got me trying them out, which was free. Support and other video tutorials, we also made the setup easier, everything was self-explanatory. Otherwise, there was nothing I can complain about.

Reason for choosing PaperOffice

Try each and every product out and you know why. All other are so complicated. I guess they get too big too fast

Reasons for switching to PaperOffice

Price, all very complicated and hard to manage. You are referred to a partner who sometimes wants to work, sometimes not. You pay for everything, whether he wanted to or not. I was fed up and came to PaperOffice and was very satisfied

Easy to use document management system

Our experience with Paperoffice dms till today is very good. With the dms everything is organized, all documents in folder
