Pros
- I like the fact I can organize my files how ever I want them within the software and easy access to the files helps tremendously.
- I like the ability to index documents from any piece of software needed. The ability to delete a document before being indexed into the system.
Cons
- The drawback for us is the inability to search across multiple file cabinets and/or have different search parameters for the same file cabinet.
- Some of the coverage options are hard to find or are they are placed at the wrong spot so I have to use 'free format.
Pros
- The interface is fairly simple to use, the language matching and AI is extremely useful, and the platform is extremely flexible so you can build out processes or flows that suit your business.
- Product is really friendly the moment we had demo we were certainly buying it seeing it’s user friendly operation.
Cons
- The one thing that is a downside about the software is that the templates are input by the SpotDraft so every time we need to make any updates to the templates we need to submit the updates to them.
- We engaged with the product in the MVP phase, so it was initially feature poor, but in the last 12 months the SpotDraft team has released a wife range of new features.
