We found Sirv using google, set up was super easy and complete within minutes.

We have used SIRV to optimize our images on our Magento website. Their support team has been great.

The watermarks and inability to customize spins.

The defer loading (lazy loading) could be a bit more fluid for the end users because I could see like its not working.

This has been perfect for our needs. When looking for software we vetted a number of companies for features and price, Sirv has been the best of both worlds.

The plugin is very easy to integrate into an existing website and makes the webpages load noticeably faster.

Good Product but needs a better pricing structure.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404. Google marks me down for page errors.

There can be a little frustration when it comes to the search function of clients and their vaults.

Then we ran out of space again. Then, the dashboard told us that we had space, but we were getting error messages that we were out of space.

It is so easy to get acclimated to SmartVault. Pre-training is important and the SmartVault University provides lots of useful information.

Excellent product for client security when multiple documents are being sent back & forth. Integration with other software that we use is important.

The price is affordable for a boutique firm like mine. It also puts me at ease for the security for confidential information sharing with clients.

We quit using Smart Vault and switched to IntuitLink and Docusign proper (just in case anyone wants a better option here).
