SmartTouch ECM is an end to end solution for leveraging the team process capacity by automizing the accounts payable and document optimization processes.

PROS

SmartTouch ECM helps us to manage our invoice and document automization process and save from the time and cost needed for management of these processes via one central management panel.

CONS

SmartTouch ECM they could have a more extensive third party integration options for accounts payable options and document optimization.

Ascend is your generic invoice approval software.

PROS

Ascend can provided basic invoice approval software for organizations. The software seems to be foulproof and straightforward.

CONS

The user interface is very basic and seems very dated. It could use an update to the modern century. It appears almost as if it was from a Windows xP computer.
