Cons: I wish the program would allow clients when marking their favorite images from an event to be able to Un Favorite images from the tap where they can See All (of their favorites) because usually there are several variations of a pose and it's easier to pick the best one when you can see the choices next to each other. Clients have a hard time picking their favorites so I wish they could go through all the images for the first time and favorite all their potential best pictures, and then go to See All , then un select the ones that no longer make the cut after seeing all of the potential good ones together in one place next to each other. However, customer service was extremely nice and cancelled my plan and provided a full refund. The people there are extremely nice, I believe it's just a bad management decision about not being upfront with the 15% fees. That just makes the website super expensive without providing more features like almost every other platform out there.
