Superdocu is a powerful platform that allow us to collect documents from client and then continue with automated follow-ups.
CONSI wish superdocu has better document access control down to individual use access right per document.

Easy Client Onboarding
The features to gather data and documents form clients are very useful. We like how easy it is to request for documents and to give feedback on the documents submitted. The follow-up function is also very useful.
PROSThe features of Superdocu that appeal to me the most are the workflows. I can configure a workflow to gather documents and data from users, and I can configure the app to proceed only when the user submits the required documents that I specified. The feedback feature is also very convenient to inform the clients of the status of their compliance with regards to the documents and data submitted.
CONSRight now even though there are templates, there is a limited number. As of the time of writing this review, the roles and permissions could use a revamp and more granular permissions are desired. Additional templates are desired.
Reason for choosing Superdocu
It is easier to use Superdocu, and as all data and documents are in one platform, there will be no need to use different platforms.

Superdocu is just super!
The UI on the client side looks very pleasing and works smoothly. The entire portal is very snappy and has all the features a typical business would need--and all these work very well.
CONSThe data is not natively exported to an external tool like Google sheets. But all this can be done with Zapier, so not a biggie. Email customization needs to be introduced and some form of live chat for better collaboration.

We will be working on exports (you can now export to CSV and import in Google Sheets manually as a first step), and we added custom code in the portal in case you want to add a live chat like Crisp on your portal! Muy positiva. He visto portales de grandes empresas que no son tan visuales y sencillos como superdocu
PROSEs sencillo de configurar y visualmente atractivo. Es el programa correcto para hacer pequeños portales corporativos en unas horas.
CONSLa única pega que le encuentro es la dificultad para ajustar el marco de tamaño de algunos iframes y la falta de una casilla de firma electrónica. Tambíen echo de menos una integración con pasarela de pago, aunque lo suplo con algunos iframes de pasarelas de pago.
