If the PPT / UpSlide workstream failed / fails, it had / has the potential to skew the entire success of the project and [sensitive content hidden] has navigated that pressure and challenge with aplomb. She has guided me through the process from start to finish (well, will it ever be finished!) and having started with very little understanding as to the full capability of UpSlide, I now feel educated and empowered to talk to my team about it. [sensitive content hidden] is patient (she's had to be with me!) and never makes you feel like a question is a silly question. I know it is a team effort, but for me [sensitive content hidden] has been the stand-out team member. Ready to take calls, always responsive on emails - just there with you - it's hard to capture, but anybody managing a project with multiple workstreams will understand the comfort that brings.
