  • Pros

  • First off, the customer support is amazing. Very quick to respond, friendly, and of course helpful.
  • I love the ease of client booking, options of subscriptions and packages, and the interface of the software. My clients all love it as well.
  • Amazing staff and extremely helpful. They have an awesome affiliate program as well.
  • Cons

  • Looking back on it, the whole process was incredibly inefficient and prone to miscommunication and mistakes. Now my calendar is synced with my students, and the billing happens behind the scenes.
  • Some of the functions are still a little odd, in that sometimes you have to order different types of charges (tuition vs. one-time) to keep things straight with payments, at least at first.
  • No more exchanging dozens of emails/text messages to try to nail down a time to meet. I just send them my link and they find a time that works for them.

  • In my overall experience with WellnessLiving, I found it to be a comprehensive and powerful solution for managing fitness and wellness businesses.
  • The fact that you can add goals and progress reports to your clients profiles is very helpful. Dashboard for business owner is an easy to use tool with great reports.
  • Besides all the great features of the Wellness Living software, the other over-the-top fabulous thing about switching to Wellness Living has been the way they take such great care of me.
  • Cons

  • Complaint: A real problem escalating issues or getting additional support when issues arose regarding the functionality, or features not working as expected.
  • At the moment everything and the no contact from WellnessLiving - this is embarrassing.
  • When adding new services, I have to go into each purchase option separately to add the service. This is a little frustrating, especially if you miss one.
