Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's calling feature is really awesome and voice quality is really great in comparison to other messengers

  • The application is very easy to use. Love the search feature and organised clients very well

  • Cons

  • Its a good product but chat doesn't saved for longer period. Moreover sonetimes it auto logged out users.

  • It does have some bugs that need to be worked out, it can crash at inconvenient times but the problem is usually resolved very quickly.

  • Pros

  • I love the support Karbon has to offer. I love the work templates that allow our work flow to be consistent among clients. And, I love focusing on work instead of email.

  • I really love the email triage feature and this is what drew me to the product in the first place. Works really good for people that work from there email lots.

  • Cons

  • Can take a little while to be accustomed to, however as stated the support is excellent and the features are easy to navigate!

  • Would be good to assign tasks to multiple people in 1 task. Takes a bit of effort to initially set up but well worth it!
