Document storage facility structure: I would prefer a Windows File Explorer layout. Interaction with Trustee board and advisers via Knowa is what we seem to struggle with the most.

I really like the meeting packs/agenda setting/meeting things, they are again super useful and easy to use.

It is time efficient as creating meeting packs is easy. There is a good Knowledge hub where we can add different conversational topics dependent on the scheme requirements.

For the purposes of AAF reporting and invoice approval this has been a godsend.

As with any introduction or change in software or process, there are always difficulties finding your way around a system and learning how to use it.

I am looking forward to their updates for dashboard and reporting integrations - This will bring further functionalities to Knowa that are currently missing to make it a truely well-rounded software.

My last great point is the support from Will, Aled and the rest of the Knowa team. Their knowledge and training methods are second to none - they are all outstanding, down to earth and helpful.

The team at Knowa are extremely helpful, friendly and are always striving to make improvements. The Risk Register facility is user friendly and helpful as the Trustee and advisers are able to access.

Knowa has been excellent. It is easy to use and people can get up and running very quickly.

It also has provided a very effective method of managing meetings with the ability to invite attendees and provide a full meeting pack with all relevant attachments.

I like the ease of use and that it is very straightforward to use. Within the first couple of times I used it I knew how to set up meetings and attach documents to the packs.

When adding a new member to the collaboration space, it is annoying that you add them and always have to add them to all groups on there as I sometimes forget to do this.

Building meeting packs: I like this function the best and use it the most. It saves an awful lot of time, paper, ink and postage costs.

We have a bespoke compliance dashboard which is very easy to use. Good quality training was provided and the Knowa team was on hand to help/support the implementation process.

This has made the invoice approval process so much easier for me having all the information in one place and being informed of when they have been approved.

Documents and correspondence are stored securely, so you don't need to worry about people having trouble opening encrypted e-mails and their attachments.

The free document transition service from other platforms is really helpful.

The Knowa support team -[sensitive content hidden] - is excellent. Questions are answered quickly and the team is always willing - almost in a pushy way.

The only negative I can think of is that sometimes as I'm trying to upload a lot of docs in different folders in the reference store, Knowa isn't quite as fast as I'd like.

It perfectly replaces another proofing system we loved for a fraction of the cost. Very user friendly with a beautiful interface.

Previously our proofing was all done through email, which lead to massive email chains. Worse, new email chains would be started and by the end of a project, there were multiple threads to manage.

The Ziflow API is fantastic. You can easily export the specifications from the website documentation and import it in to PostMan to get started developing your own web app.

At first, we received complaints from the proofers that they were receiving far too many emails from the system, and we had to adjust settings.

You are unable to route a website via the software which makes it a bit difficult if you have those projects.

It also gives us great options for expanding our integration with all the other great functionality Ziflow has to offer.

The functionality of this product is superb. We have always found tremendous use with Ziflow, but working remotely has increased its value to us even more.
