  • Pros

  • ElevateHQ is very easy to use, with a lot of customizations and features to offer. It’s a boon to track my team’s commissions in real-time.
  • ElevateHq is an incredible platform to manage incentive plans. It’s super easy to navigate and gives drill down capability on each component of the incentive plans.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the commissions shown are generally incorrect or updated lately. Also sometimes it is difficult to login.
  • While their slack messages can be configured any way I want; what I slightly dislike is that I have limited ability to configure these changes myself.

  • I like their in-app/slack commission queries. Feature because it is easy for me to resolve any issues I have without having to take too many.
  • One of the best parts about Everstage is the partnership that they provide and the willingness they have to adopt their solution to your needs.

  • Complexity: The software may have a steep learning curve, which could make it difficult for some users to navigate and utilize all of its features.
  • Furthermore, if the incentive structure is not well communicated or understood by employees, it can lead to confusion and frustration.
