ElevateHQ is very easy to use, with a lot of customizations and features to offer. It’s a boon to track my team’s commissions in real-time.

ElevateHq is an incredible platform to manage incentive plans. It’s super easy to navigate and gives drill down capability on each component of the incentive plans.

Sometimes the commissions shown are generally incorrect or updated lately. Also sometimes it is difficult to login.

ElevateHQ is supremely easy to use and helps you understand your commission plans better.

While their slack messages can be configured any way I want; what I slightly dislike is that I have limited ability to configure these changes myself.

Sometimes we face the issues of of server which ultimately shows the wrong incentive amount.

Sometimes their is a technical error due to that the commission did not revised then and there.

As an admin, I love how simple it is to update commissions and Spiff values as and when they change.

Complexity: The software may have a steep learning curve, which could make it difficult for some users to navigate and utilize all of its features.

Furthermore, if the incentive structure is not well communicated or understood by employees, it can lead to confusion and frustration.

I like their in-app/slack commission queries. Feature because it is easy for me to resolve any issues I have without having to take too many.

I have just started using the platform recently, and it is helping me understand my incentive structure clearing. The breakdowns are pretty helpful to have a better understanding.

Sometimes the data takes time to reflect on the cloud servers, also occasionally there has been wrong data shown mostly due to improper integration of data from host servers.

Whenever there is a query, I can check the details and resolve it promptly. I also like their detailed earning statements.

One annoying thing is that sometimes when clicking on different tabs there is an error message that pops up asking to contact the admin that is what made me give this a 9 instead of 10.

It didn't give me instant access to my data but with Everstage I get real time, accurate and on demand commission insights.

It helps me visualise metrics better to derive insights faster. It’s an extremely helpful tool with amazing customization capabilities.

Everstage shows all compensation numbers with respect to all variable components and that's super helpful for managing a comp structure as split up as that of a sales function.
