What I like the most is all the features that Honeycommb has to offer. We've recently used the live feature which worked great.

Inability to automatically bring import audience from other networks.

Some older users struggled with certain aspects of the technology.

Great service and a very good community platform for course providers.

Overall it has been a good experience and has made a dramatic impact to the quality of service we are able to provide to our members.

The customer service has been great. Whenever we have questions or need help we're treated with a sense of urgency, which is ideal.

I can firmly say that I am happy with their platform.

The one thing that we miss in the software are more payment options. We are operating from Europe (The Netherlands) and over here we are not used to using creditcards.

It was easy to use as an administrator and had good user interface as well.

Control over creative assets, customer service and responsiveness to needs, ease of use, mobile/web accessibility.

We love the group and group chat features. But overall we are just really happy with the fact that the members can post there own content.

Honeycommb have been excellent to work with. It's a great product and their on-boarding process is very quick and easy.

Amazing - like I said the team is so involved that it becomes more than just another tool.

They are a team of amazing, super helpful people, they are on top of their game, beyond responsive.

Their feed is confusing and you don't have much control over how people interact with the feed (logic is sorely lacking). It was a steep, steep learning curve, as a result (for Admins and members).

We love the ability to connect without ads or the noise of politics and other issues that arise often with social media. We also love the customer support.

But  unfortunately The Netherlands is one of the few country's that isn't supporting google pay. That leaves Apple Pay and creditcard as payment options.

We love having a dedicated app for our community to be able to connect.

Viber is very easy to use and add contacts to send instant messages or stage meetings on calls with. The audio is pretty great and the design is visually fabulous.

The app is really useful for everyday contact with clients or teammates - I like it because it is easy to use and responsive.

Because of a weak connection , the communication was bad. That's an inconvenient when you want to do some visio call.

Very easy to use, very fast in message sending and receiving. Best for video call and audio call and the best thing is that it is free.

Overall, Viber is a wonderful software where you can save your money on international calls.

Viber remains one of the best instant messaging options that provides ease of use, security and some unique features that could make the experience very fun.

Simple interface, easy to use and nice design. It has integration with the contact book and other useful functionalities.

The latest viber community group gives better interaction with easy control of the large group. Also, hidden chat feature is very useful for private chatting.

The new advertising program is very bad and annoying. It is not being used as much as it used to be.

There are pros such as ease of usage, being free, good quality of calls and also good customer support, it really does a good job.

I love that it's also encrypted on each device which makes it more secure and private, perfect for work related and personal messages alike.

Sending pictures, making calls, having screen shares, you can do it all. I have both the desktop and the mobile app and the integration is very easy.

The best thing about the software is that when you transfer an image, the quality stays the same, which is a great deal especially when you are transferring pictures that requires high detail.

Good Chat Social Media app, great imojis and always seem to innovate with new content, easy to use and of great value.

Viber sadly are forgotten and abandon  by many user, because the application is getting heavy and consuming too much of my phone resources.

I like the stickers and the extensions wherein you can create GIFs, search Youtube videos and locations. I like it that when we send pictures and videos, it still has a very good quality.

The UI of Viber is very attractive. It is a very rapid tool with variety of appealing features like the video calling and the messaging feature.

This provides very attractive sticker pack to have a great chat experience. Viber out option can use for abroad people to talk their lovelies  for low calling costs.

To socially connecting with my team, family and friend is the most important for me and Viber is very good with it.

The problem of this problem only need to much data To make a call alway lost the connection additional use a WiFi and call have interference.

Accidental pressing is slight problem in this software. For example there is a tendency for the emoji icons to pop up when accessing a personal or group chat.

And the other bad aspect is that updates cause this program to become unsupported. You cannot use Viber anymore until you have downloaded the update.

It has got good video quality, and calling functionality, which can save you serious money if making long distance calls.

Its quick messenger help me to connect quickly with my friend and colleague quickly and constantly and the best things is, it is free to use.

Viber has such an amazing support team. I had an insistent issue and they helped me to resolve it very quickly.
