Pros
- It is super easy to install! it is super easy to use and it has saved a lot of our customers from ADA Compliance lawsuits.
- Overall my experience with accessiBe has been excellent. The ease of use and setup has been unmatched compared to any other software regarding accessibility.
- We are a big company and this software helps us stay compliant in many different areas with its many different abilities. It's definitely a great tool.
Cons
- Potential clients can be lost because of an inaccessible website or app. It's about doing the right thing in the long run, though.
- How hard it was to actually purchase. Confusing that we had to try the trial first and then able to buy.
- Expensive and the interface on the implementation platform is a little confusing at times.
Pros
- The customer support is just amazing -very responsive and professional in the way of communication.
- The platform is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with popular test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium. BrowserStack supports both manual and automated testing.
- To sum up, BrowserStack is an amazing tool with a lot of features and possibilities. The documentation is vast, and customer support is helpful.
Cons
- The worst thing about the BrowserStack is the price.
- Using developer tools to troubleshoot content is possible but a somewhat difficult, sometimes sessions can be interrupted.
- There is only a subscription plan and no pay as you go plan. The responsiveness of the devices can be a bit slow sometimes, but that may depend on my internet speed.
